The Virtual Enterprise Centre provides access to a wide range of business focussed services that are available from the University of East Anglia (UEA) and the other institutions on the Norwich Research Park (NRP), facilitating access to their extensive knowledge base.

The University of East Anglia is a key member of the Norwich Research Park (NRP) - a partnership between world class research institutions the John Innes Centre, the Institute of Food Research, the Sainsbury Laboratory, the Genome Analysis Centre, as well as the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and the University. The NRP has over 10,000 staff including 2,700 scientists.

The University has around 15,000 students and 1,000 academic members of staff spread across four Faculties: Health, Arts and Humanities, Science and Social Sciences which together offer over 300 different courses. The University has a long tradition of working with government, industry and many other influential bodies making a real difference to their success.
